How to Live a Life in Flow
I'm curious what you've been playing with or feeling with in regards to how different substances maybe shape or form your work that's made that idea reflect something to you. So for me, I've been drinking a lot of L M N T, which is an electrolyte, and I've never drank electrolytes before. And now I can go for an hour and a half or two hours without having to pee. This changes my life. It makes me think about Rick Rubin's book where he's got two circles on the cover of it, which is also closely tied to creativity and living a life in flow.
