H r v training is always through the lens of autonomic balance and psychological and physiological resilience. The sympathetic nervous system also directly enervates our adrina medulla, which is the central portion of the adrina gland. When we release these neuro transmitters due to a stimulated stress response, this will increase muscular blood flow and convert stored nutrients into glucose to power skeletal muscle contraction.
