I think the goal is to not have to supplement. There's also a difference between if you supplement whatever vitamin B12 and your levels of vitamin B12 in the blood now became normal, it still doesn't mean that there's absorption. Even taking the supplement and even seeing that it has in effect is not telling you the full story. So I think eating naturally, whole foods that are right for you would be what we should strive for. That's what I strive for.
