i've seen this in other people who just weren't as sick as i was, where they wouldn't do the diligence and kind of, you know, 90 % do this more nutrient dense diet. It just seems like the further to some degreeta the further down the wrong you are, probably the more important this becomes. And then iwould the flip side of that is also, like, for me, likeim i'm doing pretty well right now, actually. I feel really productive. My energy level's great. and i attribute a lot of that actually, to optimizing my nutrient status. But it can also help prevent those issues from occurring in the first place.
