The amount of new ideas that's come from the leadership team is astounding just merely because I stopped asking them to be tactical pipeline managers. How did you train them and able to do that? I want my sales directors to think that way. Putting budget behind it. The other part is we've invested in external educational opportunities. Whether it's the two or three day workshop type thing that you can get at a local MBA program, all the way to our peak performers within our leadership team. So me being a part of their development has really, from my vantage point helped everybody reach their full potential.
