The Effects of Intermittent Fasting on Longevity
In mice, the circadian component is that for them, the activator is at night. In humans, they have to eat at daytime. There isn't much evidence to support the idea that intermittent fasting or time restricted feeding in people is pro longevity. I am speculating that for some people intermittent fasting can be a useful strategy for maintaining a healthy body weight and preventing obesity.
