Can Omicron Cause a Pandemic?

If omicron can spread that fast from a single point of release, any one malicious enough to deliberately cause a new pendemic would almost certainly release them in multiple travel hubs throughout the world. So even if it's just one virus, a deliberate lease is worse than a natural spill over or an accident cause - both of those are spread from a single sight. In general, i'm not super worried about civilization falling apart because of a single natural pendemic virus. But if you're talking releasing aid it once, that might be another story, depending on how bad they are.
