Joplin: I think it comes to being intentional. And again, back to great facilitation and batching things up and doing a good activity around it or getting people involved. Just a little bit forethought can go a long way. Joplin: If you can find the right moment and help carve it out as part of their day, i think th that's the ultimate thing.
