The Importance of Deceleration in Strength Training

Westside's getting a very similar high volume exposure as what a Shaco program would under the same conditions. Because of the deceleration that occurs with straight weight, you can't use weights that light and actually move them for speed work. Louie is doing it without decreasing speed where Shaco is going to use a pause and decrease speed to help improve efficiency and strength at specific angles.
