The Exploration - Exploration Trade Off

An animal at any given point in its life course has a decision to make about how much to explore new things or exploit the things that they already know. We tend to explore less and less as we reach our forties, 50 sixties, because it makes more sense to exploitWe should basically be living like tenagers - buying really fast cars,. maybe put a parachute on it if you want a place safe and drive em off cliffs. Don't minimize your role when things tough. Have ownership over what's transpiring. Don't blame others. Let's openly talk about solutions instead of stating the obvious.
