The Role of Foam Rolling in Strength Training
"I'm still a fan of foam rolling, not all day, not for 30 minutes at a time," he says. "It's with intent, I'm making sure to apply pressure, your fascia responds well to pressure." He adds that research on ice icing and static stretching is wrong in some areas. But if implemented properly, they have their place and could be very beneficial.
