Is Zone One the Right Training for You?

A lot of the work has been done from single leg exercise, which is a completely different intensity spectrum to doing whole body exercise. So thins classic thing of one size does not fit all. And that's where my kind of thinking was, in terms of the potential limitations andn if you like, over interpretations of some of the polarized training literature. I don't think there's much information out there that really tells you zone one is the thing to do.
