How to Communicate Anger Directly and Assertively
I see in myself without the ability to acknowledge when I'm having moments of anger and to speak that anger directly and assertively in the world. We leak out our anger when we're saying things with a bite or indirectly or one of the favorites I like to use is when I wish aloud that certain things would happen in my environment instead of just directly asking for those things to happen from whoever it is around me.
