Are You Taking Notes?

The present moment is a really big part of how you think and how you how you approach the world. For me, i'm thinking, you know, ten miles a minute, and i'm often thinking ahead. And so archiving and writing down and documenting things can be really helpful for me. So it's really different for everyone. We're trying to be aware of what's happening in our body, and we're trying to being more cogni ant of how the things that we're putting into our body are affecting our daily lives.
