We have somewhere between 60,000 and 80,000 individual thoughts every day on average. Most of us would be around that amount and most of them are obviously absolute rubbish. I speak about them with a psychologist but occasionally with my coach although you're always a little bit conscious that you don't want to appear weak in any way at the big races. So it's still I think that conception that having this an area of mental, not even weakness but where you're just not quite selling is still there.
