How to Hold on and Let Go

Close your eyes if you haven't already done so, and just become aware of the breath. Concentrating on breathing through the nose, feel the air as it comes in. And as it falls out, be aware of how it feels in your nostrils as you breathe in. If you have interrupting thoughts, that's okay. Notice them as if they were clouds going across the sky. The important thing is to just notice them and allow them to pass by.
