Are You Investor Backed or Bootstrapped?
When you are investor backed, there's pressure behind that that can sometimes wear down your ability to have patience for a long game. So something that is good to start doing now if it hasn't already begun is to have conversations with your investors about how you are playing the long game. One thing I'll add also is be mindful of like introducing new programs before you've really got a process behind them. You all sell the AEs, basically people in sales. Salespeople see a lot of content. They tend to act well to certain kinds and not so much to others.
