I'll provide examples of exercise s that can be performed using just body weight, in case you don't have a set of dumb bells or other free standing weights at home. Start with a five minute moderately paced walk to warm up. After all is said and done, this workout will take about 20 minutes. But by the end, if you made it through the entire thing, you'll probably feel pretty tired, but also really accomplished.
