How Did You Present the Early Results?
I wanted to ground them in who we believed our current ICP was and how we wanted to dig deeper. As we talked about before, moving up market, adding sales into the mix more, that means that their expectations are different than how we had previously been operating. So getting everyone on the same page there was the first thing. Then I level set on what the current stages of our go-to-market programs were at that time and where we planned to get them in six months. Thankfully, all of this went off better as well because we'd grown 54% quarter over quarter.
