Do You Have a Muscle Soreness?

It's okay for the first week or two to be quite sore if you're doing something new. We call this delayed onset muscle soreness and it's a common characteristic that results in micro damage of the muscle. The Dom's that you feel is a good thing. It's usually the following day and usually only last 24 to 48 hours. Try and time a strength training session well so that usually the next day is a recovery run.
