Do You Have to Take Two Minutes Between Your Maximum Strength?

90 seconds between sets of power for maximal strength, at least bare minimum, two minutes rest between sets. Maximum is up to five minutes. If you're not excited to take those two minutes, you're not lifting heavy enough. You should be finishing your set being like, holy shit, like it should be very difficult. So that when you put that bar down, your heart's beating out the chest and you're like, I need a rest.
