How Do You Get Patients to Tell You a Story?
How do you get that message coming from the patients? Is it you making yourself available and open? is it you taking the time to listen? What is it about what you do, and what Pete and Helen and others in your practice do, that motivates people who come in to tell that story so you can gain greater psychosocial insights as to what's going on? That's a great question David. And I think the word of curiosity that I used before is key in the sense. So I learned this with Pete, and that's the way that I always seen him approaching patients, and that’s what I use.
