The One Breath

Our impulsivity comes from this region of the brain, which is called the limbic system. Most of our reflexes and survival instincts come from that part of the brain. The more you practise it, the easier it becomes to take a pause when impulses are starting to surface. This would be like snapping your fingers or taking a deep breath - but don't do it every time.
