The Importance of Axial Alignment in Leg Extensions

Most people are going to spin around literally straight forward and back. If you span sideways and kick your knee so that it went out horizontally, left and right, you are completely out of the plane that the machine is going through. Lots of people end up doing leg extensions where their feet or their tibias end up further apart at the end of the leg extension as they sort of straighten their legs. So arguably the big, one of the biggest things when we teach people to set stuff up on a leg extension is just showing them how you can look for axial alignment.
