We help china with contact. We've probably done more good for the starving of the world globally than anyone's done in centuries. I think punishing or oligarcs is pretty low down their property list. But as far as contact is concerned, i just know that its contact talk changes. Yes, it's all you call it. You call it quaint and petty. It does work. The best thing we can do to destabilize china is what we're doing. We're educating hundreds of thousands of their children at universities. And they're going back to china. They are the dissenters of the future.
