For something like the deadlift, I like to stick with the same variation off. And oftentimes for eight weeks at a time before you switch. In our example of the deadlift,. then maybe you were doing conventional. Now you're going to do sumo or trap bar. And then that way you can cycle through variations. Sometimes the focus will be more on mobility. So they'll see more mobility drills in the strength programs. Other times the focus is just straight up maximal strength and heavy lifting.
