If i was in your shoes, i would think about how to rebuild. Some people don't end up coming with you ong the journey. We got to figure out who, what are the seats that you need in order to be successful? If there's any people that can fit into those seats and truly have the skills to be successful then you can try and plug them in. And a lot of it, honestly has to do with just common sense. What makes you think this is a good idea? Why would you send an emal that you wouldn't respond to?"
