We're really susceptible to social comparison when it comes to evaluating anything in our life. We don't necessarily think of the good things in our life in objective terms. And that means we can easily start feeling bad, even when we're in objectively a good situation. Take your body image for example. What about like our self image? How much does that play into our happiness? And how much does monitoring our likes on social media and looking at pictures of our faces are distorted camera lans? How much is that affecting our ha and how we see our lives?
