Viotumax Training - What Is the Point?

The point of viatumax training is just to increase your arobic capacity. We're trying to improve the things we talk about ente the oxidative enzimes, the demitochondrial health and quantity and robustness. And then for the truly hard but only done like in the just like we talked about with short shorts, where you bury yourself and then you ease up,. The outcome of the workout is largely an arobic benefit. But what does vo two max training in particular feel like for you? Terrible. It's an outlet for my overthinking.
