The Importance of 0% Weeks
I talk about it in the book that there should be no such thing as 100% weeks because they're not real. The people who are having a lot of success in the gym tend to have a lot of six and seven out of 10 training sessions over the course of their career. For me, I went eight years without missing a training session. Just showing up was a very big key for me early on in my lifting career.
