Blue states are trying to make it easier to get an abortion in a bunch of different ways. One of the things that they're also doing is trying to protect people who come into their states for abortions. Blue states have tried to expand access to abortion, particularly in rural areas by broadening the scope of clinicians who can provide some abortion.
