The Sitting Isometric Test
The seated isometric test can be done in 10 minutes and it's not that invasive like you know yes you work in half in those few seconds at a time but the sole is is a predominantly type 1 fiber muscle so it's going to recover quite quickly. If you are in an environment like an professional sport um where you can do that on a weekly basis or or whatever, then of course they will use this kind of test as well.
