How to Maximize the Power in Your Biology
If you are not maximizing the amount of power in your biology by taking care of how it works, your capacity to do things is limited. So have more energy, waste less energy on bad decisions would be those two things. The third thing that makes you more effective is actually the fourth mitochondrial behavior we talked about. It's the fourth thing, form a biofilm. That's a core drive we have as well. And that's the formula community. If you want to be more effective, you better have a community.
