How to Write Up a Lean Startup Approach
There's quite a large investment to get to that stage. If you're talking about a couple of months with the end stage and then go, actually, there's no uplift. There must be a culture around this idea of large upfront costs to test whether the beat is true or not. That happens. We try to do as close as we can to the lean startup approach. But like I mentioned earlier, we definitely have a higher bar than average on that in terms of providing a reliable, highly available customer experience.
