I think it's time to prioritize your health, cause you've already put your body through a lot as far as your dieting history goes. Maybe you just take a break, focus on health. Weigh more like five, six times a week with with steady state cartio stairmaster, four times a week. That like put a gun to my head, guys. Yes? More slow and measured adjustments. Really. Like, if you're doing sixteen hundred calories a day right now, you shd you should try, if at possible, to just not do these extreme things,. Yeh, cause we're always either really restricting or over eating, ye like a rebound....
