Predicting Is a Dangerous Thing

We want something to be so and therefore we predict that it will be so. Super forecasters, as a rule, tend to do that less than the average person. You can't be dogmatic if you believe your prediction will come true because of what you believe in. humility is acknowledging not only what you don't know, but what is unknowable. We're not very good at those things either.
