72% of people are more likely to buy from a company if the CEO is on social media. The CEO should be active in some sense or at least be visible, but also referrals from posts from employees do much better usually than the company posts themselves. No matter the company size, if anybody in your team feels passionate about being social with people in general, they still want to be on LinkedIn. But I see sometimes people where they're not a marketing company and they start spending two, three, four hours a day on social media,. that takes away from your effectiveness within the business.
