Is There a Difference Between Inefficiency and Constraints?

There's a difference between occasionally using constraints to enhance innovation and then having a constant culture of constraints, which is different. The real innovators leave because they can't survive in a culture of efficiency seeking. And so those are the two big objections that I hear. One that efficiencies can be the outcome of innovation. That's true, but it doesn't invalidate the principle.
