Do You Encourage People to Think About the Integration?
We are all over the net. For premiere pre-closed we had floating equity. We love the warrants played more than anything, I think. The other things that we look at as a team are licensing tools both in and out of our industry. It just seems counterintuitive and not so smart to run a business's revenue and earnings up and then have to buy them at a later date.
