Practice yas a so to day, we explored that in a very straightforward way by using three metaphors. The first being body like a mountain. Our body is naturally stable and grounded by the force of gravity. It's not like our bodies just flying out in the uni ono. We are grounded. And there isd a difference, an attentional difference, between noticing that feeling and allowing your attention to saturate that feeling. I've been thinking about that lately,.
