Do You Know What Your Prospective Clients Need?
A lot of times people are really just talking about what they do. It's very, very clear that there is a massive issue with that. People buy with emotion and then justify with logic later on. If you actually prompt this entire call to start off with them talking about the story where they realize the tipping poit, where they needed help, that's an emotional conversation. I think my favorte part about that question is it's worded so well to actually elicit a story ecaue yiy. Have to go back to a specific point and recall that point.
