The city group had just done a research report on Facebook and estimated the value of Instagram within Facebook at 35 billion. So predicted Instagram to do 14 billion in revenue this year in 2019. By any measure, a business that big growing at 40, 50% a year with a very high margin is probably going to get at least a 10x revenue multiple.
