Is There a Weightlifting Side to Super Total?

I wanted to lean into the weightlifting side of things in particular, because I feel that the being able to generate force incredibly quickly and very high force very quickly really is one of those physiological skills. So with super total, you want a deadlift, which you can do either start. And then pause with bench with a pause on those walls. Would you throw in weightlifting in there? Yeah, yeah.
