Is Your Morning Routine Important?
Your morning routine is key. Don't go straight into trying to meditate for 30 minutes by yourself. Start with short guided meditations if it's something that you want to make a habit. And then also just being conscious with my actions throughout the day, and noticing if i'm feeling anxious or stressed, tuning into that feels like. Instead of spiralling, really just listening to my body and accepting, i'm stressed right now. It's fine, having a moment. That's ok.
