I don't recall you mentioning that you woke up as a teen ager and said, mamma, papa, i want to be a knowledge management expert when i grow up. You've obviously forged your own path. What advice would you offer somebody who maybe is looking for a career change? I think one of the important aspects to know about k m is it does tow that line really well - tween business acumen and technology acumen.
