conferences are a powerful way to meet your users. Figure out the conference and decide you're gong to go, hopefully weeks or months in advance. Don't just show up at a conference and think you're going to like it. Find a way to know who's going to be there. Write to the organizers. Write to sponsors. And don't just do it with a few people. Do it with as many potential buyers or prospects as possible.
