Is This an Opportunity That You Just Can't Pass Up?

I actually, I worked for several years with a developer who is amazing and everyone loved them. They quit to go move out west and join this large text company. We were definitely happy for them, even though we were sad that we weren't going to work together anymore. And then it was kind of like a graduation party instead of like everyone being mad at them where everyone was just like, that's awesome.
