Check Beers Are a Little Bit Lower Carb

The check beers are a little bit lower carbs than maybe a German equivalent logger style. I find check beers to be carbonated between 225 and 24 so they definitely taste lower carb. The biggest hurdle is certainly the amount of focus it takes for a bartender to pour a proper check for correctly and efficiently when all we only have six beers on tap but when all six are a little different.
