Muffinrezept:

Das Rezept arbeitet mit amerikanischen Cups, weil Kinder die gut selbst füllen können. Ein Cup sind ca.
235 ml.
200 g TK-Himbeeren
1 Tüte Schoko-Chunks
2 Cups Mehl
½ Tüte Backpulver
1 Ei
1 Cup Zucker
½ Block Butter (125g)
300 g saure Sahne
Ofen auf 180° Umluft vorheizen.
Alle Zutaten außer die TK-Himbeeren mit dem Hand- oder Standmixer miteinander verrühren, bis es
schön cremig ist. Zuletzt die noch tiefgefrorenen Himbeeren von Hand unterheben.
In Muffinformen aufteilen, und im Ofen 20-25 Minuten backen. Zum Prüfen ob sie gar sind
aufschneiden oder einfach probieren, weil bei der Stäbchenprobe eigentlich immer Schokolade oder
Himbeere am Stäbchen klebt.
