The Effect of Volume on Muscle Growth

I think the most benefit is basically for exercises where you can't make it biased to lengthened like pulling like lap movements a lot of the time. Doing the partials in that situation just feels so natural whereas I can tell you leg press doesn't feel natural not to lock out. If you're veering on the side of lower volumes I think getting some partial work in and biasing more of your volume toward the length and position makes sense to me. Some people that are doing like specialization phases and that like really want to go to glutes for example that I think biasing like 70 to 80 percent of your volume might be a bad idea recovering from those high set amounts.
